1.What is the difference between your products and PLA straws?

Our straws are made from plant fiber and PBS, designed to break down naturally in home composting conditions. PLA straws, on the other hand, require industrial composting at high temperatures to degrade and do not decompose effectively in nature.

2.Will your straws soften or break in drinks?

No. Our straws are formulated to withstand temperatures up to 100°C. They are durable for both cold and hot beverages without softening or warping.

3.How should I dispose of the straw after use? Can I throw it in regular trash?

Yes. You may place the used straw in a home compost bin or directly into garden soil—it will naturally break down over time. Even if disposed of in regular trash, it will degrade unlike traditional plastic.

4.What certifications do your straws have?

Our products are certified compostable by international standards including DIN CERTCO (Germany), BPI (USA), and ABA (Australia), with additional certifications in progress.

5.Can you print logos or customize straw length?

Yes. We provide custom services for businesses, including printing, custom colors, and size adjustments—ideal for branding, events, or bulk orders.

6.What is the shelf life of the straws? Do they need special storage?

Our straws have a shelf life of approximately 18 months. Please store in a dry, cool place to maintain optimal condition.

7.Can you help develop new eco-friendly and compostable products?

Yes. Our experienced R&D team can assist in developing custom compostable products using suitable plant-based materials, tailored to your needs and compliant with local environmental regulations.

8.Do you export internationally? Which countries are your products sold in?

Yes, we export to countries including Germany, UK, France, USA, and Canada.
